MISSION
Clarity's mission is three-fold:
For Brokers: To provide a non-biased, independent resource by assisting them with selecting the best supplemental benefit providers and technology vendors for their clients, and to ensure the package they select for their clients is clearly understood and highly appreciated.
For Employers: To ensure an employer's benefits package is positively perceived by their employees by providing clear and concise communication in a one-on-one setting, and relieving the burden of annual open enrollment from Human Resources.
For Employees: Most Importantly, to provide employees with personalized communication to ensure they are properly protecting themselves and their families in a time when they're being given more choice yet forced to spend more out of their paychecks.
